Group classes
Working out together is always better.
All classes at Breathe Studio are full body workouts with either a 45 min or 1 hour platform. Each class feels like home as your instructor offers realistic modifications for your needs so you feel the best you can in your body!
Pump You Up!
A great class to learn the basics or find a new challenge of lifting weights at your own level. We also explore tempo, different ranges of motion, balance and coordination to amazing playlists!
Barre
Barre is a bodyweight focused class that challenges you with intense small range of motion moves. Find a good “burn and shake” as you strengthen. We use high repetitions with light weights to the beat of our playlist.
Barre Ease
Just like Barre but a bit less intense. Learn the same Barre moves but with a lighter time frame. We will focus more on upright positions and less floor time.
Mobility Method
Great for ALL ages, this class can help you unlock new ranges of motion throughout your body and build strength and coordination using your bodyweight and light props.
Pulse Interval
Pulse Interval offers a personalized challenge in timed intervals. We will work through varying stations using props that are different from the other group classes. Each station offers the ability to modify or level up!
Bodyweight Bliss
In Bodyweight Bliss we will find new and challenging moves that help us learn to better control and master everyday movements with grace and power. We will use many props to take you into deeper strength.

Personal training
Personal Training can take on different forms and frequencies for the needs of each client.
I offer personalized plans on an ongoing training basis, as a one package occurrence and/or as an occasional support to progress your skills as you desire
