Breathe Studio was born out of a dream to create a space that reflects the spirit of our fitness community. A space that feels like a second home. At Breathe, you decide if you will honor your limits or push them. You decide what feels right in your body, every workout, every day. I'm here to give you the tools to work at the level you know is going to best serve you.

Our approach to fitness
My personal fitness goals are to move without pain and restriction, to live everyday life feeling strong and able. This is a precious gift! When we workout together, this is what I have in mind for us. Committed regular physical fitness is a tool in your hand that can help shape the rest of your life.
Strengths and abilities look different on everyone. At Breathe, I teach different levels of fitness in the same class. I love seeing some clients taking modifications and others pushing their personal best! Why do I love both of these things? Because it means that my clients are being true to themselves and honoring what their body needs in that movement. We should not aim to look the same or move the same because that forfeits our uniqueness.
Our bodies tell stories. Stories of accomplishment, surgery, strength, injury, birthing, genetic variations and habits. Fitness is so much more than physical. Our mental health and spiritual focus are so important! I hope you'll join me in forgetting what others might think or how we might look while choosing to be present to build strength.
